As promised I have evaluated 3 cruelty-free brands + 1 not certified of my choice regarding:
- - certification by BUAV as cruelty-free brands (the only way for consumers to know for sure brands do not test on animals);
- - vegan;
- - availability online (easily find by consumers / easy acquisition) and where;
- - quality (do these products really do what they are meant to and more?);
- - price;
- - communication with consumers;
- - importance given to consumers;
- - importance given to complaints;

I like this brand product's. They are cruelty-free, vegan and with high quality. The Company is settled in UK and through their website www.biorganics.co.uk you can acquire all their products if you are from UK. They ship internationally via www.amazon.com but the costs are very high (25 pounds) which make the acquisition more difficult .

I love this brand. It has been considered one of the best cruelty-free brands by Peta. As matter as fact the quality of these products is very high for their medium and affordable prices. It's a shame they are not already 100% natural. In their website you can find all their products but they only ship to U.S.A.. However, if you click on "find a store" you will find the logos of several stores which sell their products and on the left side a list of Countries (Europe and others). Select your Country, click and there you will find the stores which have these products. In my Store you also find a list of my favorite one's.

This brand is cruelty-free but not vegan and they only ship to the U.S.A.. The quality is good but there's nothing outstanding that you can't find on another brand with a better price, availability and attendance. On their website, clicking on "About us" and then on "Store locator" you will find a list of stores which sell their products, all of them from the U.S.A.. You have one only contact available for international sales and the attendance is horrible. Complaining about the attendance is not worthy as they don't really care. I don't recommend this brand.

Besides having a figure of a bunny and stating they are a cruelty-free brand the fact is this brand is not certified as cruelty-free, it has a "dermatological tested" on the description of some of their products and one soap made with !donkey milk!. These are for themselves exclusion reasons but i provide you further information on this brand: they are available online but difficult to find and the products are many of them frequently labeled as "out of stock". The prices of the soaps are very high and the communication with the Company is chaotic. Very disorganized, they refer your contact to several people and to none in particular. Very slow to respond, the answers are bureaucratic and not objective. Lack of professionalism and no relevance shown towards consumers. I don't recommend this brand.
